I booked into an upholstering workshop today with The Painted Chair at The Bluecoat Chambers in Liverpool city centre. It’s a full day workshop on 6th Sept and I can’t wait! It’s my birthday coming up on 2nd Sept so I decided to do this for my birthday as I really want to learn how to upholster. I have been buying bits and bobs from this shop since I started upcycling a few months ago and Jan is really helpful. She sells all sorts from Annie Sloan paint, paintbrushes, door knobs, stencils, fabric to upcycled furniture too. It’s a little gem hidden in the back courtyard of the Bluecoat behind Primark and I highly recommend a visit if you are into your Interiors and DIY!
I am thinking of doing a blog about the day and the progress of my creation; maybe this calls for another Vlog!
