Our Cheshire house renovation project is coming soon! Our clients got in touch with us a couple of years ago as both of their adult children had recently flown the nest. They decided now was a great time to improve their forever home, so it functioned much better for their new family needs. The last time they renovated their home was 15 years ago, so it was time for an update. The renovation plans began due to a tiny, malfunctioning utility room that was in desperate need of improving. It soon evolved into a full house renovation to ensure the property was perfectly designed with a cohesive aesthetic.
We are updating the entire property with a contemporary but homely design that will stand the test of time. Every tiny detail has been considered with the interior design, from the lighting and electrical layouts right through to the kitchen, bathrooms, furniture selections and bespoke joinery. We’re ensuring this home has the perfect balance of style and function.
On the ground floor, the open plan space is being transformed with a much larger utility room inclusive of bespoke storage and a dog wash station! The luxury bespoke kitchen will connect much better with the dining and living spaces with a double island, better suited for hosting friends and family. There will be brand new sliding doors, a modernised staircase, home office and a cosy hideaway snug.
On the first floor of this Cheshire house, we have altered the layout of the rooms with an internal re-configuration. The new layout provides a luxury boutique bedroom suite at the back of the house to ensure a more peaceful nights sleep. This suite is separate to the rest of the house, inclusive of a walk in master dressing room, luxury master bathroom suite with freestanding bath and a super sized shower, and two master bedrooms.
