Services: Space planning to suit the target buyers, material specification, FF&E sourcing, project management of installation and interior styling.
Problem: Unfortunately we came into this project after the first fix had started. As the layout stood, there would not have been enough space to fit the furnishings needed for the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. This would have reduced the price and desirability of the property.
Solution: We moved one of the bedroom walls which improved functionality of the two spare rooms, therefore allowing them to still market the 2nd bedroom as a double room. If we had been involved earlier we could have reduced the cost of re-doing building work.
Result: The first phase of the development has been a great success with properties being sold at record rates.
