At Natalie Holden Interiors I am committed to providing the best quality customer service and I will be adhering to and checking the government guidelines on a daily basis. For the foreseeable future I’ll be operating the business through remote working and have the ability to carry out e-design and video consultations.
During this time I will aim to be as flexible and adaptable as I can for each and every client. The health and wellbeing of all clients and contractors associated with a project are a priority so even though on site project installations are currently on hold and face-to-face meetings aren’t possible, I’ll still be working in the planning and design phase with all clients digitally. Please see below some measures I am currently taking to make e-design run efficiently as possible.
- I’ll send all design presentations digitally and post any samples ahead of a telephone/video call.
- Measurements and photos/video of a property can be sent digitally, as an alternative to conducting a site visit. I will send you my room measure checklist so you don’t miss anything.
- Product sourcing will take place online.
- I will encourage the use of video calls to ensure everyone continues to feel connected during this period. I can use programs such as zoom, WhatsApp video call, FaceTime or Skype.
I still firmly believe that interior design is not just a luxury service and will be of great benefit during the current climate. I am well equipped to carry out design services remotely and have access to a great number of tools to ensure the process runs smoothly.
Please know that even minor, but especially major building work and decorating takes planning and it is very much the same under the current circumstances. Whether you are getting ready for a full renovation or a small extension, planning the building work and booking in the trades can take months. Make the most of these quiet times to lay the foundations for what could be a smooth renovation project in the second half of the year. Let me help you see the potential of your home or business.
Our homes are our sanctuaries and safe havens and I truly believe that making them beautiful, functional and a pleasant place to spend time in will make an even bigger impact on people’s lives and wellbeing after we have put this virus behind us.
