I’m so happy to finally reveal photos from one of my show home projects. This exciting property development in Prenton, Wirral was supposed to launch at the end of March and unfortunately just one week before, the entire country went into lockdown. The show home is open for viewings and these houses are the perfect family home.
We were appointed by Elite Homes to work as part of a team of consultants to ensure this development went smoothly from concept to completion. Our involvement included assessing kitchen and room size layouts across the five different house types prior to planning application, plus the full design and installation of a 4 bedroom show home. We worked with the developers chosen suppliers for kitchen specification and flooring options to help create a welcoming and space optimised design, showcasing the fantastic spacious properties that were designed by Liverpool based Architects, Studio RBA.
The bedrooms were designed for a family with two children and a spare bedroom for guests. We created a modern, yet comfortable and welcoming home with pops of colour and the odd statement piece for a memorable experience for potential home buyers.
