The brief was to brighten up the downstairs open plan space, maximise on storage and to create a relaxed and cohesive space. It was really important to design a home that was modern and uncluttered, whilst being comfortable and homely too. We achieved this by painting the walls a nude tone and introducing warmer tones of terracotta, wood and rattan as accent details to soften the space.
